As expected in our industry, Health & Safety is of utmost importance to us. We employ experienced
Health & Safety Managers, whose responsibilities include monitoring the knowledge of site and office
staffand ensuring the required level of training and qualification is met for all roles. All Foremen and
key members of staff are qualified First Aiders. We are members of the British Safety Council
and the Builders Register.

All site staff are certified in their field and hold at least one of the relevant
certificates from the list below.

• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
• Construction Industry Scaffolders Registration Scheme (CISRS)
• Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS)
• International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)
• Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
• Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
