We are very proud of the high level of training we provide both on site and in the office and have links with local schools, where we offer careers advice and guidance to year 10 and 11 students.

We are part of an ongoing on site assessment and training programme supported by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and offer apprenticeships in Bricklaying, Scaffolding and Building Technology. We currently employ 25 apprentices at
various stages of their Construction Apprenticeship Scheme, either on day release or block release courses at
Colleges in London and the Home Counties.

Within the office environment we encourage and support ongoing training of all
staff in their chosen field in order to widen their knowledge and expertise.
