We are very proud of the high level of training we provide both on site and in the office and have links with local schools, where we offer careers advice and guidance to year 10 and 11 students.

We are part of an ongoing on site assessment and training programme supported by the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB)

We are running a programme of SMSTS and SSSTS training for Managers and Supervisors.
We have close links with CITB Construction Skills for all our training needs via our
Training Plan.

Within the office environment we encourage and support ongoing training of all
staff in their chosen field in order to widen their knowledge and expertise.
